The Golden Ticket is available for seller-side residential real estate transactions that meet firm eligibility requirements and are accepted by EV Häs, LLC.

To ensure fairness and clarity, the Golden Ticket is subject to the following rules:
Valid for attorney fees only; excludes title, recording, transfer taxes, and third-party costs
One Golden Ticket per transaction
Not combinable with other discounts, promotions, or negotiated fee arrangements
Must be submitted and approved before closing
Client must notify EV Häs, LLC of intent to use the ticket at or after contract submission
No cash value and not redeemable for refunds
Offer is non-transferable
EV Häs, LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility and modify or discontinue the offer at any time
Failure to follow these requirements may result in the discount being denied.
